Post Warranty Options

Once the standard limited warranty period expires, customers have the option (at any time) to select one of two levels on ongoing support services provided directly by Zyno Medical on a nominal fee-for-service basis. Below are descriptions of what is covered under our Tier 1 & 2 level service. Please contact your Zyno Medical Sales or Customer Service representative for specific pricing details.


Tier 1 Service

One PM Performed Per Year

  • 50+ Step Inspection and Diagnostic Assessment
  • Electrical Safety Checks
  • Air-In-Line and Downstream Occlusion Alarm Testing
  • Volume Accuracy Test
  • Cleaning
  • Certification: Pump Operating To Factory Specifications (after any required repairs)
  • Less Than 50 Pumps, Customer Ships Pumps To Zyno Prepaid
  • Zyno Pays Shipping Cost back To Customer Location
  • Greater Than 50 Pumps: PM’s Performed On-Site At Customer Option

Includes Required Software Updates

Repairs:

  • Customer Ships Pump To Zyno Prepaid
  • Customer Pays For All Parts and Labor Costs For Required Repairs
  • Zyno Pays Shipping Cost Back to Customer Location

Tier 2 Service
